Fast and slow muscle fibers - Our muscles are made up of fast and slow muscle fibers, which are much intertwined. When you do weight training, you are using mostly fast twitch and slow remain almost indefinitely, so it makes sense to them the same rock! To work out the slow twitch muscle fibers, you need to do exercise at a slow pace for 30-40 seconds per set.
